Good tough workout

Comments:
200,400,600,800,600,400,200 at mile pace with 3 minutes rest. I'll let the splits speak for themselves this felt good. I mean it was pretty tough but I was able to keep pace and speed it up on the way down the pyramid. Only felt like I would puke once. Also got to spike up which is always a blast. Feelin good.
Started out at 5:00 mile pace for everything.

Cooldown was actually 2 miles but the extra 1.2 is to account for all the active recovery during the workout. GPS watch said the whole workout was 7.2 miles
