About to go golfing and its really hot so I thought I should get something in.
First mile was 8:14
Second mile was 7:33
Third was 7:02
Picked it up each mile, could feel achilles hurting a bit but it wasnt that bad. Iced it earlier today.

Also did 200 abs, very sore from yesterdays.
