Comments:
Start doing J and B's Extended by myself with some fartleks. I did 10 minutes to start then a 30 second sprint then 5 minute recovery run then sprint again 3 more times. Total of 4 sprints, I'd say 200 meters each. Then just I as I was wrapping up I saw a figure running in my direction off in the distance. Before I knew it I was doing J and B's back the opposite way with Greg. Pretty quick pace, stopped to stretch at the usual corner. Feeling kinda beat up from that run now though.
Distances are all guesses, had to add up to 6.86 miles (Google Earth) and almost 47:58.
