Comments:
800 cutdown with a minute rest with last one crisp, 2:50, 2:48, 2:46, 2:43, 2:40, 2:34, 2:29, 2:18 negative splitting from a 55 300. 2 lap jog and then 4x50 at 90%. Couldve been a little better but just gotta be happy with what I got so far.
