Comments:
Super excited for the first workout of the season.
Striders felt real quick surprisingly. Although I could tell the legs were getting tired by the 4th so I kept it there - we'll build up in no time.
Intervals were fine it was tough to get a feel for the pace, I was all over. Even splits within reps weren't consistent.
Finally, around rep 4 I had to poop so bad but the starbucks by the track was closed. Had to cut it short and work my way back home before disaster strikes. Really bummed about the final outcome of the workout but the beginning was encouraging.
