Comments:
Was not properly prepared for the cold. Should've gone with a jacket or something more than a long sleeve tshirt and hat.
6x30 striders then 8x400 at mile pace 2min rest
striders felt pretty good again. By the last one they definitely felt a little tired/weakish.
I'd say even at rep 2 with the 400's my legs were straining a bit near the end. But I think i was pretty good about maintaining good form.
Last 100 of each rep usually came with a pretty strong headwind which was pretty freaking cold. Felt like my arms never really warmed up. Maybe even my legs too.
