Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Shouts out nyquil. Saved the day for real. Honestly my head hit the pillow at 9:30 last night and the next thing I knew the alarm was going off. Felt way better through the day today.
Felt fine on the run too. 4x100 striders were the first time I could feel a little tiredness in the legs from yesterday but it was pretty insignificant.
Also forgot to re-start my gps after a light for like a half mile. Pretty sure the loop is 3.5 miles though so we'll call it that.
Short run since it's looking like it'll be easy to hit 40 this week.
