Comments:
2x (800 @ mile pace, 2x200 fast) 200 jog after everything, 400 jog between sets. Spikes for 2nd set.

Mostly a good workout. Had to slow a bit at the end of a few intervals since I was getting some cramping/had to use the bathroom. Which is a real bummer, otherwise I was feeling pretty good.
800's felt easy and the 200's felt fast
1st 800 was 73,77
2nd 800 was 75,82 (really feelin the squeeze on that last lap)
