Weather: 40ish and breezy

Comments:
No practice today due to minimester. Annoyed with myself for not making time for a run yesterday and feeling fairly lazy and tired this afternoon, but managed to get myself out the door around 6pm while there was still remarkably good light in the sky. Warmed up quickly despite the chill in the air and got a decent pace going by the time I hit the parking lot of the country club. Ran in this novel direction and quite enjoyed the variation of having downhill slopes where I usually feel slow. Pace was quite sold for most of the run, despite sticking to the widest, chipped bark trails. I was moving with good focus and form once back on Conn Ave and took it to Livingston. Final two blocks were just under 2 minutes and it felt nice to move briskly, albeit not very aggressively or fast.
