Weather: Cool but warmed up a lot on the second lap.
Comments:
Had a good run to 15km but slowed a little over the last 6km, showing my relative unfitness. However, still my best stopwatch time of the year so far over the distance - although my mat-to-mat time at Intercare was faster. I enjoyed the new route and did finish strongly.
