Way overmilage this week.
For one wasn't expecting the course preview today to be 9 miles - sort of forgot about that
also overestimated the milage from the past few workout days. Not the end of the word since I got a day off still, I'm heading into a 45 mile week block, and I didn't get any lifts in this week. Just going to make sure to take tomorrow's long run chill. Might aim closer to 10 instead of 12.
Anyway, course preview for Tony's race next weekend. It was hillier than we were expecting and we were cooking alittle bit. But I felt way better in the second half and ended the run feeling pretty fresh. 4x100 striders felt quick and effortless.
