Comments:
10am Saturday practice. Ran to AU to catch up with team. I felt loose and the pace easily got down to low sevens along Nebraska Ave. Stood for a long time, then jogged to Turtle park. Lagged behind the group as we mounted Sedgwick. Ended up shedding several layers and ran the second hill strong and feeling 10 tens better than my first attempt. Failed to stop watch at end of run, so time is a guess.
