Comments:
A little cooler and grey. Wasn't very motivated, but got out the door around 5:15pm. Up Ceder and over to golf course nature trail which I looped once with focus. Counted steps as I came past the tennis courts and out into the parking lot. Was irritated to see I was only at 170 steps per minute despite a focused effort at high cadence. Came back directly along Belt Rd (1:59 from the dumpster to the front walk) at what was probably 7:00 pace by that point. Total time was 32:09.
