Comments:
Going to take this week chill - no workouts. Since there won't be an opportunity to race on the track for a while I think it's a good time to switch to 5k training. That'll still put me in a good spot to throw down a fast mile at Guardian and the beer mile.
Hopefully some road 5k's start popping up this summer.

Felt pretty wiped on todays run. Might take tomorrow off and just do yoga or something.
