skipped warmup for a hotdog...lol...8x36 second run, each was supposed to be further..i did for the first 5 and coach said the 6th would be the last if me, cook and dave could get 250 meters...i was the closest only about 2 steps away but needless to say we had to do the last one...someone cursed on the line when we started so we had to do an 8th one.
