Comments:
Ran with Leah in the late afternoon after some gardening. Wandered our way past Chevy Chase Parkway and Conn, and Ellicot and Grant and Chesapeake and 36th and Reno. Pace was around 10 and I had a strange pain on the inside of my lower right shin a few inches above the ankle, so I used that as an excuse not to add on.
