I remember when 7 used to be an easy run sheesh.

Goal was 6 sub 730 and 1 cooldown sub 8, woke up super dehydrated and it was 72 degrees and sunny so the run was a little sloppy,
First 5 with drills, 730, closed in 725, decided not to break myself going 6 miles
2 x cooldown at 758
