Comments:
5 miles on the rolling hills at Masterson, clearly today is mowing day and some of my favorite paths were overgrown, this made for a tough run on my legs which already felt like garbage, 730 pace but only because I did strides at the end, did manage to keep the first mile slow. 4 x 100 strides at mile pace.
