April 27, 2020 (Afternoon)
Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 60 and sun and some breeze
Comments:
Ran from home out Dorsett to crescent to Bethesda, cutting past Caveman's house due to Georgetown Branch construction and back via Oak and Meadow to Conn to Livingston. Hadn't done this loop since construction began and hadn't gone this direction hardly ever. I was pleased to find myself working with focus again and pace up the trail was 7:36. Up from Conn Ave to home was 2:08. I think after the first half mile I was likely running close to 7:30 average. Pace was deliberate, but not straining nor unpleasant. Really enjoying this prolonged spring weather which started in February and hasn't really wandered away from 50s, 60 and a few days of 70s for the past three months.
