Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 5:30 PM 70-72 Sunny and Suuuper Windy!!!

Comments:
Ran East up Weaver to Scenic. Left to Allen Rd and up hill to Cox Rd.
Took to Republic and up to Chesterfield Village. Around apt lake and back home. Added on at Harrison Elementary back loop.
Felt ok after 4 miles or so which seems to be all of my runs these days. Sub 7:00 the last 3 miles.
