Comments:
Ran over to my mother's alma matter to assist my eldest daughter as she did the 4x200 meter workout prescribed by her coach. We did some drills while circling the "track" and determining, based upon her watch, what would be a 220yd length. Did four striders in a progressive manner as well. Eventually, we ran 4x2 with generous 2 minute jogs which cut across the infield. Recovery was a mellow jog back home. splits: 46.8, 50.1, 50.5, 46.8 Didn't feel like the middle two were that much slower, but the times exemplify the power of "first" and "last."
