Weather: Slightly cooler but still comfortable
Comments:
Wasn't really feeling in the mood to run this morning but went out slowly with the idea of having an easy run. Forgot to run the route in the opposite direction due to other things on my mind! Started slowly and had a steady run, but had the strength to pick it up nicely towards the end and I can consider this a good effort!
