Exercise Type: Run
Weather: About 8 Celsius but not wind. Cool but comfortable.
Comments:
Legs felt a little tired at the start of the run and I couldn't get my pace under 7min/km. But from around 5km things felt better. Slow up the Brookside hill, but had enough fuel in the tank to make the final kilometre the fastest one, which is always good. 27 seconds better than last week's 10km, which I am very happy about.
