Running out West I

Weather: 60 degrees, light wind

Comments:
First of my workouts out West on a trip to Phoenix/Tucson...nice break from Pittsburgh cold..I didn't run every day but haven't broken the 2-day rule Pat!

Ran on flat terrain with a light wind...Easy pace...didn't feel great at start (jet-lag?) but felt better as run went on.

Toe raises, core stretches, sit-ups post run.
