First track workout

Weather: Very cold (25 degrees), light snow, blustery wind

Comments:
I picked a heck of a day to do my first track workout but I was excited to get a new watch! I jogged a mile warm-up (8:15) and could only manage 3- 800's with a 400 meter recovery lap after each (splits- 3:14, 3:16, 3:21). Not exactly on 3:10 pace as hoped but considering the weather (brutal cold and tough wind) I was okay with the workout.
