Weather: Same as last couple of weeks!
Comments:
As this was a effectively a Time Trial, I pushed as hard as I could and had my best 5km in a very long time. Despite the much faster pace, I felt comfortable and certainly feel that I can still improve, but I'm thrilled that the training over the last couple of weeks is beginning to pay dividends. It's such a good feeling, especially at my age now!
