7 Miles w/ A little Track Stuff

Weather: 5:10 PM 65 Sunny and Windy!

Comments:
Met a few at the Glendale Track to help Hilton out with his 2 mile time trial. Ran 4 miles easy on road and around the track. Stretched and then jumped in on 2x400 and x600. Ran them in :77-:78 and 600 in 1:59. Then cooled down for 7 total on the day. Not too bad on the intervals but hamstring hurts of course.
