Weather: Cold and slushy
Comments:
2nd attempt at a track workout but I don't have a track. I use a circular route mapped out in 800 meter increments (note on my times- splits #1,3,5 faster because of slight downhill)
After warm-up ran 5, 1/2 mile repeats with about 2 minutes light jog/walk in between
(3:01, 3:12, 3:02, 3:14, 3:09)
