July 25, 2020 (Afternoon)
Exercise Type: Run
Weather: high 80s and humid
Comments:
pinched for time, I abandoned plans to run to and from this run (which I regret a bit). Ended up driving to the Masurovsky house and met Alex for a light run through Rock Creek. My watch again failed, so I don't know time or distance. Pace was very, very mellow. Headed south on Western Ridge to Bingham, down to Beach, took angled trail back up to Western Ridge and finished back up directly to Pinehurst trail exit and walked up 28th street. Very nice to catch up with the elder Maz for the first time in many years. A very controlled run, and that was probably just what I needed. Also had a solid hour of tennis with Chuck in the morning. He was off his game and I won 6-1.
