Comments:
...when I got home from the bike the weather tricked me into thinking a cold front was coming (it wasn't), I did the exchange in less than 2 minutes to catch the last light/keep the heart rate up and my legs felt like ABSOLUTE JELLO, 2.75 at 735 followed by a 1 mile sloppy cooldown at 745, very very tired after this workout.
