Comments:
I keep putting off my runs too long and ending up short on time. Today I headed out with Leah around 6:45pm and we looped up towards Steps and back down. Ran 1.5 miles with her in 17 minutes or so. Then, I dropped her off and ran Walsh to Easton to Hulbert and wrapped around at the top of Walsh (a generous mile at most). Decided I needed to get something out of this short run, so I did up and down ladder of 30 seconds, 45, 60, 45, 30. The pick-ups were barely beyond strider effort, but they did get faster and more focused as I went and loosened up. I guess this is as good a time as any to start changing pace a bit from time to time.
