Crossover Bent Rear Delt Row- 30 lbs 10 reps
Reverse Grip Pulldowns- 40lbs 10x2 reps
Crossover High Rear Delt Row- 30lbs 10 reps
Decline Bench Press- 40lbs 10 reps
Crossover Reverse Fly-40lbs 10x2 reps
Bench Press-80lbs 10 reps
Hammer Triceps Extension-40lbs 10 reps
Back Squat-95lbs 10 reps
Leg Extensions- 160 lbs 10 reps

This was all on our new Bowflex:]
Today is the start of my workout program, I do the bowflex every other day and the day I don't do bowflex I run. Most of those were relatively easy, the only one that burned was the leg extensions.

I also did 5 minutes of continious abs afterwords
45 seconds of Bicylces
45 seconds of Cherry Pickers
45 seconds of Sit ups
45 seconds of Lemon Squeezers
then 2 minute tv watchers.

Run tomorrow morning!

Oh, also did pullups. ha. I'll get better at those soon
