5 x mile tempo workout attempt

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Windy but warm

Comments:
Attempted to do 3 miles by tempo. goal was 5:55 pace or so. Did the first 2 at 5:54 and 5:52 into the wind. Then turned around and did the 3rd and could barely hit 6. Decided to call it a day and focus on the long run the next day. Weak mental day for sure but I just didnt have it.
