Long run with Adler

Felt terrible when i started. Was afraid I wouldnt make it the whole run. My HR was high. About 5 or 6 miles in though I didnt feel any different so I started picking up the pace a bit. Ended up dropping it down pretty hard and dropped Adler at about the 8 or 9 mile mark? Ended up feeling pretty smooth running 6:30's then kept cutting it down even while on huge uphills. I ended up closing in a 5:55. Good confidence booster today
