This was my first run since my October 8th debridement. ‘Twas very appreciated.happily joined by Leah and Anna. No Exit loop at easy pace. Girls pointed out that my stride was incredibly unbalanced, which is not surprising, but very worrisome. I was able to partially correct it by slamming my right foot down, which felt odd. There’s no pain in wound, shin, if anywhere, but I’m just seriously out of balance. Time for some core work and my chiropractor. I ran!
