With the new job looming (hooray!), I'm ramping down some of the other jobs I've been working. The result is more free time to get back on a steady training regime. I've finally figured out some stretches that help with the glute soreness and it seems to be feeling much better. I'm not pushing it too hard just yet, however.

Today was a good day. Spent 45 minutes at about a 7 min pace (average). I started slower and gradually picked it as the workout went on. Felt pretty good.
