Another chance encounter

Weather: 37 and grey

Comments:
I guess it was only a matter of time until I headed outside and encountered my neighbor heading out for his run. Today that happened and Luke and I enjoyed joining up to run up Western, down Pinehurst trail, along Western Ridge and back via Equitation field, the new trail from Military to Broad Branch, and up Nevada to Livingston. 2:15 up from Conn to home. Nice to have the company and Luke keeping me honest up the rolling hills. Every hill was a struggle, but I need these sorts of steady days. Not sure how much I can blame on the blood donation and how much is really just a result of the 6 weeks off and increased load.
