Weather: Cold, starting to get dark

Comments:
Went with Jafek, Victor, and Matt on a short distance-type workout starting at my house and finishing at the track (they had already run a bit prior).At the track we stretched, re-warmed up, and ran 3 400s.

1st 400 - 70 sec felt rlly good with no pain,
2nd 400 - 58 sec i knew matt and victor were gonna pick up the speed so i tried to stay up with them and i felt realllly good at the 200 so i picked up the speed a bit more,
3rd 400 - 66 sec my thighs were completely dead so i was going to try to aim for 70 sec but as i got to the 300 i decided to go all out, through the pain.

P.S. Cramped up tremendously on my left calf on the cooldown lap and it stayed cramped for a good 5 minutes.
