Rise and grind today. Experimenting wth morning workouts.
This one went pretty well. Legs were certainly tired. I wonder if I'll get used to running a half hour after waking up. I hope so because i felt way better yesterday than this morning.
Anyway workout was 5x(3min, 2min, 1min) equal rest. Biggest workout of the cycle thus far probably. It was certainly tiring. Not much really to say about it.
