4x2mile at half marathon pace

Alright back to great Thursday workouts too. Glad this one was a success. No more duds! Only 3 workouts till taper so every one counts.
Experimented with a quarter mile sorta hard before the workout and I think I liked it. Didn't feel like as much of a shock and I didn't feel like I was hitting a wall a half mile in.
Just to have it here for the future, warmup was:
2 miles easy
light dynamic drills
4x30m quick strides (1 min ish walk/jog recovery)
1x400m at like 5:00 pace (few min walk/jog)

Workout was 4x2 miles at half marathon (6:05-6:10) with 1 minute rest.
paces:
6:09, 6:10 (uphill)
6:04, 6:11
6:01, 6:01 (Downhill)
6:05, 6:04

This went better than I was hoping for. Felt super fit and pretty strong. Last few weren't more difficult than the first few. Even with some uphills and rollers I kept the paces fairly consistent. Legs might have worked a little harder at some segments

Very encouraging yet again. Thrilled to be doing this.
