Crawling late

Comments:
Being spring break, I pushed to have a late start to the Crawlers, and succeeded, although it was more of an Anthony run than a Crawlers run since only Peter Silverman and Matt Simonson joined me. Jogged to Tenley (8:15 pace) at 8am and looped Albemarle, 49th, Glennbrook, Wesley Heights, Cathedral Ave, Idaho, Wisc, dropping Peter at his apt, Matt at Tenley, and finishing up with a 7:12 mile home without trying to run fast... just keeping the effort solid.
