Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Been waiting for this run the whole training cycle. Legs were a little sore/fatigued to start. But everything else was firing on all cylinders. Kept it relaxed for the first 15 and felt great. Had to keep reigning it in since I was going a little quick.
Took a Gu at mile 8 and 16. No stomach cramps or anything, they actually seemed to give me a nice lil boost.
mile 15 legs still felt a little fatigued but picking it up was super easy. Accidentally went a little quick for sure but it was really no problem. Aerobically it was really great. Legs were the only real sore spot.
