Comments:
I ran with Trent after school. I did the full warmup including hurdles and chips and dips. My left calf was still EXTREMELY sore from saturday's workout so i wanted to take it kind of easy. We did 100 repetitions with about 2 minute break in between. Trent and i went about 90% and i was impressed by Trent's speed. We were hoping to do 10 but were werent counting and i think we ended up doing 8
