Comments:
Drove to STA at 5:55 for the morning practice. Did full warm ups but realized I needed to focus on timing. Near the end of the workout, I was able to jump into two 800s with the mellower-paced group. I can't really remember the time for the first one, but it was likely 35. The second was with Camilla and I think we were around 38-40. Ran 4 more alone with 200 recovs. 35, 35, 34, 34 Generally pleased. Top of left hamstring expressed its frustration with me as I jogged the 1 minute back to the car, but writing this a week later, it hasn't been a big deal, except to express tightness on the Monday workout 5 days later. 17 minutes to get from STA track to my classroom by way of the shower at the PE office.
