Comments:
Really nice run this morning. Did 5km as the "not a Park Run" in 36:03 and was thrilled to run the whole way without a walk break. Then did a 1km slowdown. Felt really good and still did my best 6km time this month. Happy with the progress after re-starting "real" training!
