Comments:
I found this run much tougher than the last two days and had to work hard to get under an hour. But I did and for the first time since I can remember, I've done 3 consecutive 8km runs, each under an hour, so I am thrilled. Legs felt somewhat tired, so looking forward to the rest day tomorrow but although tired, I am very pleased with this run. And amazingly enough, same time to the second as Tuesday's run! I'm certainly being consistent!
