Comments:
Ran after school with Victor. Did 6 stadium hills which felt rlly easy, and we even jogged some back which is an improvement from last year's stadium hills. We then did 5x150 and a 200 at the end. The 150s were much more tiring than the hills and we took pretty big breaks between 150s. On the 1st, 4th, and 5th 150 i went out a little too hard; on the other ones i went slow, keeping my calf in mind. On the last 150, Victor decided to make it a 200 and we finished it pretty strong. My calf, although sore, didnt affect my running and i just wanted to make sure it would be fresh for saturday/sunday's time trial.

Im ending my runs 5 meters before the finish, so i will be focusing on running it all the way in .
Calf is feeling better and i made sure to ice it and stretch it when i got home. Im getting small, weird, mini cramps on the calf which only last about 2 seconds.. feels weird
Went to LA Fitness that night and my thigh cramped up a lil in the pool... i LITERALLY ate 5-7 bananas when i got home from school
Checked Google Earth - stadium hills are about 80m each side
