Comments:
Lots of comments, none with very much significance:
1- It is hard to come up with original titles every day
For all my readers out there, I will keep trying.
2- Farmer was there today. It was mostly good. He made us do a 1200 meter warm-up and strength work, and it was harder to have my conversation with Connor. But those were minor pains for a very good award:
a- the pace was much quicker than ever before
b- I told him about my "friend's" situation and he is going to try to develop a training program
3- The run was almost exactly 10 miles, which was kind of cool, but the route was weird. I will recount it but you probably won't understand. We went extended bike. At Del Mar Heights we headed up to like where you end up out of Freeway, then stayed on it past the school, and went in to a reverse ghetto mountain, down High Bluff, all the way around and to the top of the school.
4- The only comment with any REAL significance. I totally have my recovery down! Right after the run (within 5 minutes) I eat something full of peanut butter (protein) and stretch well. When I get home I take 2 Ibuprofen, and 1 multi-tab vitamin. During the rest of the night and during the next day I drink lots of water.
5- I added 4 very fast 100s after my workout, it was nice.
