Woke up to my left leg cramping hard, streched it out and pushed anyways. felt great on the run today, wanted to do 8 miles but people were waiting. ran 6.5 in 60 minutes ran entire time at 6.5. felt great the entire time. cramped again when i layed back down before work... shit!
