Weather: humid, 80, unpleasant, typical DC July morning
Comments:
Upon seeking a run with Mustang, he invited me to join him and Isabel at 7am. Ran to her house and then went down through Chevy Chase into the park and got on Valley trail to Pinehurst trail to Western. Pace was decent and I was feeling my 46 miles form last week as well as the warmth of the morning. Shirt was absolutely soaked and feet are nice and sore. Isabel had lots to catch me up on.
